CONSILIO обеспечило юридическую поддержку интеграции микрофинансовой организации «Cash U» (бренд Yaxshi Niyat) с платформой Road 24
The development of digital financial services in Uzbekistan continues to gain momentum, while the integration of fintech solutions into everyday digital platforms has become one of the key drivers of the market's transformation. In such projects, comprehensive legal support plays a crucial role in ensuring regulatory compliance, the sustainability of the business model, and the security of user interactions with financial services.
CONSILIO Law Firm provided comprehensive legal support for the integration of the Cash U microfinance organization with the Road 24 digital platform, delivering end-to-end legal assistance throughout every stage of the implementation process.
As part of the project, the CONSILIO team advised on the structuring of the parties' cooperation, analyzed applicable regulatory requirements, prepared and negotiated contractual documentation, and provided legal support for integrating the financial service into the Road 24 platform ecosystem.
As a result of the integration, Road 24 users can now apply for microloans directly within the application without being redirected to third-party websites or services. This significantly simplified the customer journey, improved user experience, and accelerated access to financial services.
Road 24 is a project developed by a resident of IT Park Uzbekistan, reflecting its compliance with modern technological standards and the regulatory framework required for the development of digital financial services in Uzbekistan.
