Purpose and Scope of the Well-Being Program
The program, developed at the request of ACWA Power in partnership with Apex Life Insurance, covers 186 insured rotational employees. Medical professionals, nutritionists, genetic specialists, and psychologists develop personalized nutrition and wellness plans while providing 24/7 psychological support.
The Role of Consilio
The Consilio legal team drafted the cooperation agreements, prepared contracts with medical and insurance professionals, coordinated the interaction between all parties, and ensured legal protection throughout the project while minimizing legal and commercial risks.
